Here’s this month’s biotin update on Youtube! For those new to the blog, I’ve been using the supplement biotin for the last seven months and it works! In the video, I talk about how I switched biotin brands after not geting any results from the Spring Valley Biotin. I was also taking the Spring Valley MSM as well. I’m now back to using the Sundown Naturals Biotin and MSM. Check out the video below to see how much growth I’ve gotten in the last few months.
Thursday’s Youtube video was about my review on a few products from the As I Am hair care line at Sally’s Beauty Supply. It’s a great line to use so far except for the fact that’s it’s pretty pricey! But I would highly recommend the Coconut Cowash to anyone who wants to try any of the As I Am products. Please check out my video below to get a more in-depth review about the Coconut Cowash, Hydration Elation and Moisture Milk.
I made my first quick weave last week. Check out the video below the photos where I go into more detail. Make sure you stick around to see what happens at the 2:45 part of the video. LOL.
Before I forget, the hair I used to make the wig was Sensationnel Snap Coil Spring 12″ #4 and I used 3 packs. I used a glue gun to glue the weave tracks to the netted wig cap. The wig took me a total of two days to complete. I didn’t do a tutorial of any sort. But I plan to make another wig in the future and will document that experience.
Last weekend, I participated in the Warrior Dash obstacle race in Logan, Ohio. Here is a recap along with pictures detailing my experience. If you are interested in participating in this race, check out the website to see if they come to a city near you! I had a great time and highly, highly recommend this race to anyone interested!
